Charter Rates, Terms and Conditions

and skippered rates.

| Terms
used in rates:
|
FULL WEEK:
4:00 PM the day before your charter, to 6:00 PM the last day - start any day. Seven full days plus
EARLY BOARDING the night before (no extra night on Saturday or Sunday). |
WORK WEEK:
10:00 AM Monday to 6:00 PM Friday - small surcharge for Holidays.

SAT/SUN :
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. |
WEEK DAY:
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Friday except Holidays.

HALF DAY: (call for availability)
2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday except Holidays.
|
EARLY BOARDING
Early boarding may be available Monday - Friday except
holidays. Please call for arrangement and costs.

DISCOUNTS:
From November 1st to March 1st,
Blue Pacific Boating Members are eligible for a 20% discount
on most charters. Discount applies to Charter Fee only.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for a confirmed multiple-day
reservation. Full prepayment required at time of
confirmation for charters of one day or less.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit equal to approximately 1% or the hull value
will be authorized on your AMEX, VISA, MC or Discover prior to
boarding charters.
|
CHECKOUT FEES
Fees include Checkout, Cleaning, MDR Surcharge and 3 hours
fuel for sailboats. Rates vary per boat. Fuel is
additional on all POWERBOAT charters.

CAPTAIN/CREW:
Minimum 4 hours; Maximum 8 hours/day
Sailboats:
$65 / hour
Powerboats: $75 / hour and up
Overnight: Additional $100 minimum required. |

LINENS:
$75 per person and includes blanket or sleeping bag, sheets,
pillow, pillow case, bath and dish towels for the length of
the charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUNDS - Credits towards future charter if canceled
30 days before your trip. NO EXCEPTIONS. Credits are good for six
months. Your
first reschedule is free of charge, each additional one(s)
will cost $100 or more.

OUR WEATHER POLICY
If on the morning of your charter it is raining, foggy, or there is a Small Craft Warning, you may RESCHEDULE your charter at no cost!
