When you charter a boat, your personal safety, your crew's
safety and your boat's safety will rely on your ability and experience. We are interested in any
Certifications from ASA or other organizations, and your experience on boats of
similar size to the one you would like to charter.

INSURANCE: Boats
carry hull insurance for the value of the boat, minus one
percent deductible. In the event of loss or damage to either the
hull or any of the equipment, the charterer will be responsible
for that deductible amount.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT/CHARTER AGREEMENT:
Prior to any charter, the charterer will sign a Charter
Agreement and guarantee a Security Deposit
equal to the full amount of the insurance deductible for the
boat being chartered.

contained berein and on my sailing Resume is
correct. I am fully aware that sailing, like other
sports has its inherent dangers. I am aware of these
dangers and accept them as part of the sport of sailing.
