INSURANCE:  Boats carry hull insurance for the value of the boat, minus one percent deductible. In the event of loss or damage to either the hull or any of the equipment, the charterer will be responsible for that deductible amount.
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT/CHARTER AGREEMENT:
Prior to any charter, the charterer will sign a Charter Agreement and guarantee a Security Deposit equal to the full amount of the insurance deductible for the boat being chartered.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND  this document, and warrant that the information contained berein and on my sailing Resume is correct.   I am fully aware that sailing, like other sports has its inherent dangers.  I am aware of these dangers and accept them as part of the sport of sailing.
